TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Wapsie Valley Creamery, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager that is responsible for the entire maintenance function to all equipment and grounds. You will interface with the operational departments and work closely with the Engineering Department on cost saving projects, capital improvements, process and packaging flow, regulatory compliance, waste management and energy conservation. This person is pivotal in planning and implementing the maintenance program including all utility systems, production machinery and equipment. TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Wapsie Valley Creamery, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician that is responsible to perform maintenance on all plant equipment including preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, and repair work as needed. Answer all pages/calls during shift, repair all breakdowns to get machinery back up and running as soon as possible. The position has shared responsibilities in maintaining the Companies SQF food safety and food quality system, complying with any applicable food regulations, and striving for continuous improvements in all areas. This is a 2nd shift position, our techs work 5 10 hour days with the hours being 8 pm - 6 am. We run a 7 day a week operation and have maintenance here 24 hours a day. Applicants need: To be able to work with machinery, able to perform physically demanding job tasks, work as part of a cohesive team and follow Good Manufacturing Practices at all times. Starting wage for production is $21.79/hr
2nd shift premium = $2.00
3rd shift premium = $1.50
